Annual Accounts
We produce professional accounts in accordance with recognised accounting standards for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. Normally, we meet with our clients to discuss the draft figures, clear any queries and answer any questions before the Accounts are finalised.

Self Assessment
We can complete your Self-Assessment Tax Returns, including all supplementary pages and file them with the Inland Revenue. We always calculate our clients tax liabilities and advise them at the earliest possible time when payments will become due.

We advise our clients on all aspects of taxation as necessary including Income Tax, National Insurance, Value Added Tax, Corporation Tax and Capital Gains Tax.

Management Accounts
If you feel you require more regular figures to enable you to have greater control over your business we can prepare management accounts at monthly, quarterly or six monthly intervals to suit you.

Many of our clients prefer to rid themselves of the burden and hassle of maintaining their accounting records, freeing up their time to concentrate on running their business. We take care of all their bookkeeping requirements on manual and computerised systems on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Alternatively we can set up a system and offer training so that you can maintain your own records effectively.

Value Added Tax
We complete VAT Returns in conjunction with our bookkeeping service or from clients own records. We will advise which VAT scheme is most advantageous. Where we complete VAT Returns for our clients we are happy that any VAT inspections are held at our premises.

Payroll Services
We offer a professional computerised payroll service tailored to suit your requirements. 1 - 100 employees, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly pay runs. All aspects dealt with including completion of annual returns, P46's, P45's, Tax Credits, SSP, SMP etc. We are also able to file your annual returns etc by internet, thereby obtaining for you the financial incentives for doing so.

Business Start Up Advice
If you are just starting in business it is important to get professional advice at the earliest possible moment. Key areas that we can assist with are:

Tax Enquiry Insurance
This is an optional service available for our clients to join the scheme. If you were the subject of an Inland Revenue enquiry then the insurance policy would cover all our fees in representing you through to the conclusion.
